Maple is an online bookmarks manager. It is integrated into Firefox so bookmarking is fast and easy.
You can categorize your bookmarks by assigning them tags. This makes it easy to find and access your bookmarks with the built-in search engine.
To start using Maple install the Firefox extension and start bookmarking.

Cool Extension! I have a question about the pref. dialog
When I first open it I get an error that says "Unable to get preferences: incorrect". Then I am able to enter my email address into the field but I dont understand what I am suppose to fill in the other fields labeled "Current: , New: , Verify New:" because if I try to save with just my email address I get another error that states:
"Unable to save preferences:password=****&email=null"
Any suggestions?Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050317 Firefox/1.0.2 - [3] Submitted by: maple on Tuesday 29th March 2005 at 02:21 -0500

Just downloaded this the other day, and was playing with it. Looks pretty cool so far.
I have 2 suggestions at this point (or maybe I just don't know how to use it)..
1. Ability to open links in a new tab/window
2. A way to import all your bookmarks on the machine (stripping out duplicates of what is already in Maple would be cool too).
Thanks!

- The preferences tab has been fixed now.
- To open links in a new tab go to the preferences tab and choose the open in new tab option.
- We created a feature request for the import and exportMozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041209 Firefox/1.0 (Ubuntu) (Ubuntu package 1.0-2ubuntu4-warty99) Mnenhy/0.7.1 - [6] Submitted by: Diego on Tuesday 23rd August 2005 at 19:05 -0400

I've been using maple for a few months now - works great. Except that I forgot my username, so I can't seem to use it at home. This is a problem considering I've migrated most of my bookmark functionality to this application.
I can still access from my work setup (I never logged out) but I can't retreive my username. The password change works just fine though. Any suggestions?

Send a mail with your account name and the names of 2-5 tags and a couple of bookmarks in your account, so we know you're the owner, to maple.nu@gmail.com and we'll reset your password. We're working on a new release and will have a password reminder feature available soon.

Tohuwabobi: Thanks for the feedback. We'll release a new version within a week or two that has both an HTML user interface and a Firefox extension.
